With traditional improvements like snorkel replacement deemed cost-prohibitive, Dinan’s engineers focused on an innovative secondary inlet. After extensive flow bench and real-world testing, a 12-square-inch open-air port was integrated into the carbon fibre lid — providing supplementary airflow without heat soak, regardless of driving conditions.

The result is a noticeable bump in performance and responsiveness. Gains of up to +12 WHP and +23 lb-ft in the low to mid-range significantly improve drivability, while the semi-open design enhances audible feedback from the turbo spool and blow-off valve.
